Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to "IMPROVING THE WORLD, ONE COMMUNITY, ONE CHILD AT A TIME", Shorewood is a dedicated chapter of this global organization and have been improving our own cmmunities since 1959.
 

Kiwanis was started by Allen S. Browne and Joseph G. Prance in 1915 in Detroit, Michigan and has since grown into a global service and social organization with thousands of clubs throughout the world.

 

Our club seeks to develop a more serviceable citizenship and give primacy to the human values of life as stated in the objects of Kiwanis International

Come to one of our Tuesday Morning meetings. We meet the First and Third Tuesday each month at 7:30 a.m.

Our next BIG event - 2nd Annual Pedal for Autism Sponsored and Organized by Barry Ludvigson & Company of GWillies Bar & Restaurant

June 16th 2018, all proceeds to benefit the Shorewood Kiwanis Foundation Account specific to the needs of organizations who serve and families/patients afflicted by Autism Spectrum Disorders.  Funds generated by this generous benefactor have been used to help send children to camp from "Kids on the Go", donations to the Judson Center(s), and assistance for families/patients in meeting copays and expenses for needy families of the HFHS CADD Program.  Can't join us? Not a cyclist? Please come for dinner as 20% of all food tickets are being donated as well.  50/50 drawing and door prizes.
